8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bevr.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

- We will retain your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted
- You may request a copy of your data before deletion

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
