How It Works
When you upload an invoice, Bevr's AI extracts each line item and matches it against our database of historical and regional pricing data. Within seconds, you get a clear breakdown showing:
- Whether each line item is priced above, below, or at market rate
- The regional average for that item based on your project location
- Historical pricing trends so you can see if costs are rising or falling
Why This Matters
Before Smart Benchmarking, comparing invoice pricing required pulling data from multiple sources and cross-referencing manually. Now, the entire process is automatic. Upload your invoice and the analysis is ready in seconds.
Getting Started
Smart Benchmarking is available now for all Bevr users. Simply upload an invoice as you normally would — the benchmarking analysis will appear alongside your standard cost breakdown. No configuration needed.
